Founder &
Managing Director

Tell Münzing is the founder and managing director of 1Transformation GmbH. He combines a rare blend and experience of both the inner and outer development of individual, business and organisations. Tell has worked globally on the themes of sustainability strategy, corporate culture & leadership development and disruptive innovation. His experience is both cross-sector and cross functional. Prior to 1Transformation Tell co-founded Impact Solutions an Innovation & Strategy advisory firm serving Germany’s top companies. For over a decade he has been working with Performance Consultants International and the pioneers of coaching on the development of corporate culture, leadership programmes and performance coaching. As a senior advisor at SustainAbility Ltd, the pioneering think tank, he could serve blue chip and family businesses. 

Bettina Rollow

Executive Coach, Facilitator and Senior Advisor

Bettina Rollow is a uniquely skilled and experienced facilitator, executive coach and senior advisor. Her experience ranges from team facilitation and one-on-one coaching to New Work and strategic change management. For several years she worked for the consulting arm of Volkswagen AG in change projects and process optimization before becoming a gestalt therapist and coach. She lived for several years in Asia including in China where she could help develop the CSR strategy & programme of Bayer AG.

Sebastian Straube

Senior Advisor Exponential Markets & Impact

Sebastian Straube is a senior advisor.  Sebastian has a passion for exponential technologies and he is working on breakthrough innovation and systems. Prior to joining 1Transformation he was the Managing Director of sustainability consulting firm BSD, and he served as the Managing Director of the corporate sustainability consultancy Young & Rubicam Sustainable Brands. He also worked in Poland as a Sustainable Innovation Expert for the leading Innovation Management Consultancy Innovatika. 

Kathrin Finger

Senior Advisor Change Communication

Kathrin Finger is a senior PR & marketing expert and systemic organisation advisor. She draws on her art as a wordsmith and experience in media and creative industry to establish clarity and effective engagement. She has led internal and external change communication campaigns. Prior to leading the communications & marketing department of the Art Directors Club Germany (ADC), she worked for Axel Springer, Germany’s flagship media company and digital economy pioneer, as a spokeswoman.

Gordon Müller-Eschenbach

Facilitator of Transformation

Gordon Müller-Eschenbach is a charismatic and renown senior facilitator of transformation and executive coach who has worked with a wide range of people from board members, managers to young professionals. As a trained coach he takes a holistic view of the individuals, the organisation and their systemic setting. He enables the individuals to re-connect with their passion, as well as assists leaders to build strong teams around shared values and vision. In his prior life Gordon was a director leading marketing and communications of BCG in the German speaking countries, led the Roland Berger Consulting Office in London and was the personal assistant to Roland Berger. While widening his portfolio of approaches to develop & heal people Gordon also wrote several books and participated in Executive Courses of Harvard, INSEAD and Cambridge.

Nadjeschda Taranczewski

Facilitator of Transformation & Master Coach

Nadjeschda Taranczewski is a master coach and lead facilitator of transformation. Her unparalleled clarity, depth of insight and breadth of experience is a well for her high level executive coaching, team facilitation and design of transformation processes for whole organisations. She is a founder of Conscious U. Her practice is infused by thousands of coaching and training hours, incl. MCC ICF, Spiral Dynamics Level I + II, Appreciative Inquiry, ExecuTAP™, Voice Dialogue, Systems Constellations, Clean Language, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) and The Leadership Circle 360° assessment. Nadjeschda is also licensed by McKinsey & Company as a facilitator of transformation and studied Art and Psychology in Germany, the UK and the US.

Miriam Wolf

Senior Advisor &
Facilitator

Miriam Wolf is a senior advisor and a facilitator for purpose-driven organisations. Her blend of talents and cross-sector experience has taken her from the corporate world through international Non-Profits to innovation consulting and the hosting of participatory processes and New Work settings. Most recently she founded the Alpensalon as a co-creation retreat for self- and collective leadership. Prior to this she had been working as a Senior Manager Corporate Responsibility at Telefonica and as a consultant with Allianz and UNEP FI on changing finance and financing change. Miriam is motivated by a society shaped by trust and cooperation with people and organisations who have come alive.

Andreas Renner

Senior Impact Investing Advisor

Dr. Andreas Renner is a Senior Impact Investing Advisor. He is a hard to find specialist able to bring together the logic of private investment, start-up & social business incubation, impact and public finance. Andreas is the Founder of GEXSI Capital Partners and the initiator and lead for the German B Corp Chapter building the national network. Prior to this he was a senior advisor with IFOK, a CSR Consultancy leading the work on the WEF, econsense and Forum Nachhaltige Entwicklung. He worked as a lecturer and wrote several studies on topics such as Impact Investing, Social Stock Exchange and Development Investments Funds.

Stefanie Rall

Senior Advisor &
Facilitator

Stefanie has a unique blend of experience in the worlds of business, politics and civil society. She integrates these seamlessly and brings them to bear as senior advisor, group facilitator and teacher of meditation. Stefanie worked both in business and in the consulting field in human resources management, organizational development and change management, prior to taking a year to learn and teach Buddhist meditation. In addition, she held various roles in politics and cross-party working groups on themes such as climate change and e-mobility and for the sustainability council of the German parliament. During her studies she founded and was MD of Creating Sustainability e.V. a non-profit organization providing competitions, an innovation platform for sustainability and interactive engagement of youth. Her fields of study match these interests acquiring Master degrees in Master Politik und Management (Konstanz, Germany) and Human Resource Management (Rutgers, USA).
