Prior to 1Transformation Tell co-founded Impact Solutions an Innovation & Strategy advisory firm serving Germany’s top companies. Stefanie has a unique blend of experience in the worlds of business, politics and civil society. She integrates these seamlessly and brings them to bear as senior advisor, group facilitator and teacher of meditation. Stefanie worked both in business and in the consulting field in human resources management, organizational development and change management, prior to taking a year to learn and teach Buddhist meditation. In addition, she held various roles in politics and cross-party working groups on themes such as climate change and e-mobility and for the sustainability council of the German parliament. During her studies she founded and was MD of Creating Sustainability e.V. a non-profit organization providing competitions, an innovation platform for sustainability and interactive engagement of youth.
